In this diversified society with multiple valus, it is more and more complicated on personnel service day after day.The role of personnel workers has already transferred from a traditional manager to a strategic partner in the institution.?I hope all of my colleagues of Personnel Department not only can completely carry out central personnel policies but also hold a sympathetic and active customer-oriented attitude to create a good working environment.Thus,staffs including teachers,employees and civil servants can have been taken care of from the personnel service and, hence, gain a sense of happiness and warmness.
Besides, I also wish that our colleagues of Personnel Department eventually can become strategic partners in the institution to promote personnel services and make the works more meaningful by way of professional knowledge and ability.
Although personnel institutions are situated as assistance and guidance, they play an important role to elevate good atmosphere and warm climate for other institutions even in the development and changes. I hereby expect personnel colleagues to stick to the services, become good assistants for commissioners, and even promote to be important workers,helping and contributing administrations of Kaohsiung City Government.
